Here's a general idea of where we're located:
Reservations and Cancellation Policy For The Kilbourn Guesthouse
All Reservations must be confirmed in advance. A full pre paid deposit is
required for a one night stay and a 50% deposit is required for longer
stays to confirm the reservation. Two-day minimums stays and full pre
payment may apply during peak times and for most specific events weekends.
We accept all major credit cards and payment will post on your charge card
as a service from Uniglobe Ul-Tra Travel Inc. (Our official travel Agency
for reservations).
Check in: Normally 4:30-6:00pm (Check - In Appointment time required)
Check out: 11:00AM
Off street parking and/or gated parking available.
Pets by special arrangement only
No Smoking in the B&B, except outside on the back deck.
Deposits are refundable less a $25 processing fee per room up to 14days
prior to check in. (Final payment will post 14 days prior to arrival to the
same credit card unless other arrangements have been confirmed) There will
be a complete loss of a payments if cancellation is not received 14days
prior to your check in date. Policies may differ if agreed in writing prior
to stay. (For Special Events & Packages)
